Because of the distances we cover, we do have to charge an initial small call out fee based upon the mileage and time we travel, this however is fully deducted from any future invoice for our services. You will be told of this cost in advance of our visit.
On visiting your property, we will assess the state of the mould problem, investigate the cause and recommend a solution, for which we will give you a full quote, which you can accept or decline.
For small mould problems the work, can often be undertaken, there and then, following such a quote, if agreed. For larger jobs we will give a full written report for your perusal.
Minimum €50 for the 1st Hour (before deducting call out charge see above) Most smaller jobs are completed within this period.
Minimum €30 per hour thereafter (up to 3 hours) per man required
After which a Daily or Job Completion Charge will be made and agreed upon before job commencement
Any such daily or completion charge may require a 50% deposit being payable up front. We would always advise you of this in advance.
These charges are for your guide only as each job will be different and depending upon the type of mould and size of infestation, one can not give an accurate costing without first appraising the problem , this we will be pleased to do, irrespective of the size of job, and will always agree the cost with you before undertaking the work.
